Delivery and access

Includes both live sessions, the video skill kit, a resource guide, and 12 months of recordings. We deliver the purchase confirmation with the full accepted contract and sign-in instructions to the email you designate at checkout for both purchase records and attendee access. You can also download your purchase record from the payment confirmation page. The attendee hub at vibeedit.mattfarmer.ai/hub provides the two private Google Meet links, preparation, downloads, and reviewed recordings. The live sessions take place on October 13–14, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PDT (1:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m. EDT) each day. The complete video skill kit and PDF resource guide are released by the end of day one. Replays are targeted within 24 hours of each session after review, with access through October 14, 2027.

Refund policy

If you want a refund, ask. You may request a full refund at any time, before or after attending or accessing the materials. No explanation is required. This policy also applies to tickets bought before this update. Email aimattfarmer@gmail.com with your order reference or enough information to find the purchase. You may use a different email from the attendee email; we may verify the purchase to prevent fraud. We refund the full ticket amount, including any included tax, without deducting payment or administration fees, within 14 calendar days of your request (or sooner if law requires). Refunds go to the original payment method through PayPal. If the processor can no longer refund that payment, we will arrange another method with the purchaser without reducing the refund or limiting statutory rights. Your bank may take additional time to display it. A partial refund alone does not end workshop access. Access ends after a full refund or payment reversal.

If we cancel the workshop, we will issue a full refund. If we change the dates, you may choose the new dates or a full refund. We will contact the email designated at checkout about any material change.

This refund policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights that applicable consumer protection law gives you, including rights if required purchase information is missing or the workshop is not supplied as promised.

Registration closes when all 98 paid seats are allocated or on October 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. PDT (October 13, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. EDT). Existing attendee access continues after sales close.

What the workshop teaches

This is group training with demonstrations, independent practice, and advance and live Q&A within the two sessions. Everyone can ask questions. Individual reviews, a completed custom workflow for every attendee, ongoing coaching, and lifetime skill updates are not included. Day two may continue with extra Q&A; the scheduled commitment ends at the published session end time.

Codex should be installed before attending. Demonstrations use Windows and Premiere. Mac adaptation notes are included; exact setup and computer-use availability can differ. Claude, Dreamina, and Submagic are optional. Results require checking and human judgment.

Materials license

You may adapt the included skills and guide for your own projects and paid client video work. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the kit as training. This license continues for downloaded materials after replay access ends. Your ticket does not grant access to unrelated private skills or projects.

Access and recordings

Use your own attendee email and keep sign-in and meeting links private. Both sessions will be recorded for the attendee hub. Your name, voice, chat or shared material may appear if you participate. Ask questions without disclosing confidential client information. You may leave your camera off. Unlisted YouTube videos can be forwarded; this access model is not DRM or protected streaming.
